to Dust

Founding Customer Success Manager

I’d like to help Dust’s customers put AI to work in their teams. I grow enterprise accounts and build tools for the teams I lead.

Orbit

My executive assistant for work and life.

The real Orbit Mission Control interface showing fictional email, calendar and team decisions.
Real Orbit interface with fictional demo data. No private messages, schedules or company records.

Replies ready before I open the message.

I run our US business and Bogotá office, across several teams and time zones. Orbit prepares email, Slack and WhatsApp replies before I see the messages. I decide what gets sent.

It gathers the tasks and news I need for the day. Less time catching up, more time for clients, the team and the decisions that need me.

What it keeps in one place

  • Messages, calendar, tasks and team decisions.
  • Client news and activity that can help the sales team.
  • Changes in Colombian laws relevant to running the office.
  • Personal plans, learning and projects outside work.
  • Screen captures of my own work, so it can learn how I work.

Sales Copilot

Personal outreach, follow-up and coaching.

A tool the team uses every day.

Writing a useful first message takes time. Generic AI drafts often needed too much editing, and the team still had to work out how to follow up.

I built Sales Copilot for our sellers, managers and account managers. It uses the prospect’s context to draft LinkedIn outreach and the next message, whether they reply or not. It explains the suggestion, so the seller learns while reviewing it.

Maya · Research team lead

Public context: finding a suitable specialist quickly is difficult.

First approach

Hi Maya, saw your note about finding specialists quickly. Which is usually harder: finding the right person or getting them available in time?

Why this message

Start with a problem she mentioned. Ask one simple question before explaining the service.

If she replies

That makes sense. Is the time usually lost finding someone suitable, or coordinating the call once you’ve found them?

If she doesn’t reply

Hi Maya, one follow-up on this. Do you usually need people for very specific questions, or a broader view of the market?

Fictional prospect and examples. A walkthrough, not a screenshot or captured output from the private tool.

The work behind the tools.

I’ve spent 7 years winning and growing accounts with consulting firms, PE firms and hedge funds, first in Asia and now in the US. Arches arranges research interviews with senior executives for these clients.

I joined as employee #1 and built operations, then sales and account management. Arches now has 330+ people and $40M in annual revenue company-wide. The Asia business I led grew to $12M annually before I moved to Colombia to launch our US business.

  • Built and lead an 18-person commercial team, while still selling personally.
  • Built our Bogotá office to 50+ people since May 2025. I’m its General Manager and legal representative, with P&L and hiring responsibility.
  • Take accounts from first outreach through vendor approval, negotiation and paid delivery.
  • Developed strategic accounts to 30–40% of their expert-network spending, with 90% annual client retention across Asia and the US.

Client retention at account level, not software net revenue retention or daily user activity.

Why I want to join Dust

Dust

I want to move into AI and help customers get useful work done with it. That brings together the account development and tool building I already do.

Dust lets teams build agents around their own knowledge and tools. I’d like to help customers choose a useful first task, get people using it and improve it from their feedback.

On a smaller scale, I make the decisions your customers make: what to automate, where a person needs to check the result and whether the team actually uses it.

I’m always trying to save time and clicks, for myself and my team. Orbit helps me manage the day. Sales Copilot helps the team write better messages. I want to do this work with customers outside my own company.

These tools weren’t built with Dust. My AI rollout experience is with my own teams, not large external customers. I can walk through the tools with safe examples.
